How ADVANCED SUCCESS INTERNATIONAL came to be:

The founder of this unique program, Elyse Clayson, was born and raised in a Christian home where she learned fairness, honesty, integrity, and compassion. She has a twin sister and 3 other siblings. Even at a young age, many recognized her capacity for connecting with people and making new friends. She is married to Rich and continues to love life as well as interacting with her step daughter,step son and others.

Elyse attended the University of Utah where she majored in Community Health. She was also selected for an internship with the Substance Abuse Program on the university’s campus. After her internship in 1991, she taught a stress management course for six years. In 1997, she became a personal coach and with this course came more extensive training on goal setting, time management and accountability.

Over time, she coached many clients in reducing stress at work and in their personal life, developing healthy relationships, working on the trap of perfectionism and communicating more effectively.

Learning from her college and coaching experiences, Elyse recognized in depth a connection between stress, negative thought patterns, and their effects on the human body. She also felt a desire to assist others in improving their lives by helping them develop positive thought processes. She discovered that as she could get her clients to change their perceptions, their benefits from the coaching process increased dramatically.

She has successfully coached over 1500 clients. These clients include CEOs, doctors, therapists, financial advisors, and clergy. Her clients come from varying backgrounds and income levels. She has used well-known coaching programs such as Denis Waitley, Zig Ziglar, Napoleon Hill, and has taught Project Management and the 7 Habits Program as well.
